At Blue Bungalow, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a 110% store credit bonus.

  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original bag, and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
